How it works
From the Event setup to the usage report, in six steps. Every step is run by your Agency, with your Interpreters.
- 01Set up the EventCreate an Event with one or more Rooms. Pick each Room's original language and its interpretation languages, and assign Interpreters. Each Room gets a Room Link and a printable QR sign for the door. Rooms run in parallel, so a conference with three sessions is one Event with three Rooms.
- 02Check before going liveA per-Room Preflight verifies the original audio, that every language has an Interpreter, and that the link works.A failed check blocks going live. The operator can Override it on purpose, and the override is recorded.
- 03Interpreters publish from their phoneA native iOS app with mic, Bluetooth or USB-C input, a level meter, mute, Voice Clarity, and a monitor of the Original Channel or another Interpreter for relay.Interpreters can be in the room, in another city or at home. Android is coming.
- 04Attendees scan and listenQR, choose a language, tap play. In the browser or in the iOS app, which keeps playing with the screen locked.Languages are listed in their own script: English, Español, 中文, العربية. The original audio is also a Channel.
- 05Supervise liveThe live console shows every Channel, who is publishing and how many people are listening. If an Interpreter's phone fails, Takeover moves the Channel to another assigned device in seconds. Listeners reconnect by themselves.
- 06After the EventListener-minutes and peak Listeners per Room and Channel, ready for your client's invoice. No audio is kept. Usage figures are the only record of the Event.
